Last Updated:Â August 5, 2026
These Affiliate Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) are a contract between Lisa K. Carroll ("Company") and any individual or entity applying to participate as a marketing affiliate (“Affiliate”). By signing up to participate in the Company’s Affiliate Program, the Affiliate agrees to these Terms in full. If the Affiliate does not agree, they must not participate in the Affiliate Program.
1. Program Overview
The Company offers Affiliates the opportunity to promote select programs, products, and services and earn commissions on qualifying referred sales.
Eligible offers may include:
- Kajabi Business Success Membership
- Membership Creation Mastery
- Select Done-With-You programs
- Select Done-For-You services and custom builds
- Other offers specifically identified by the Company as affiliate-eligible
Current commission rates are:
- Kajabi Business Success Membership: 30% recurring commission on qualifying sales generated through the Affiliate's unique link for as long as the referred customer remains an active paying member.
- Membership Creation Mastery: 10% one-time commission.
- Eligible Done-With-You and Done-For-You programs and services: 10% one-time commission.
Not every Company program, product, service, renewal, upgrade, add-on, or future purchase is eligible for commission.
Eligible offers and commission rates may be added, removed, or updated from time to time. The commission rate in effect for the eligible offer at the time of purchase will apply.
Commissions are calculated on the gross revenue actually received by the Company, less any discounts, refunds, credits, disputes, chargebacks, or failed payments.
2. Tracking & Attribution
- Affiliate sales are tracked through the Company’s affiliate software using affiliate links, cookies, IP addresses, and other available tracking technology.
- When a prospective customer clicks an Affiliate’s unique link, the referral may remain attributed to that Affiliate for up to 30 days.
- If the referred customer purchases any affiliate-eligible offer during the 30-day referral conversion window, the Affiliate will receive the commission rate assigned to that specific offer at the time of purchase.
- The original affiliate link may lead to a free or paid offer, consultation, resource, program, product, or service. If the customer purchases a different affiliate-eligible offer during the 30-day referral conversion window, the applicable commission will still be credited to the Affiliate.
- Purchases made after the 30-day referral conversion window are not automatically eligible for commission.
- If a customer clicks more than one Affiliate’s link before purchasing, the most recently clicked qualifying affiliate link will receive credit for the referral.
The Company is not responsible for lost commissions caused by cookie deletion, ad blockers, tracking interference, use of a different device or browser, or the customer’s failure to use the Affiliate’s unique link.
The Company may approve an additional commission, referral bonus, or exception at its discretion. Any exception applies only to that specific transaction and does not establish a precedent for future commissions.
3. Payment of Commissions
- Commissions are paid monthly via PayPal to the PayPal email address provided by the Affiliate at signup.
- Payments are issued on the 10th of each month, following a 60-day commission-hold period after the qualifying purchase. This hold allows time for refunds, credits, payment disputes, chargebacks, failed payments, and other adjustments to be resolved.
- There is no minimum payout threshold.
- Affiliates are responsible for ensuring their PayPal information is accurate and kept up to date. The Company is not responsible for payments sent to an incorrect or outdated PayPal account.
U.S. Affiliates who earn $2,000 or more during a calendar year may be required to submit a completed IRS Form W-9 before additional payments are issued.
Non-U.S. Affiliates may be required to provide applicable tax documentation before payment, including Form W-8BEN for foreign individuals or Form W-8BEN-E for foreign entities.
Affiliates are responsible for any PayPal fees, foreign transaction fees, currency-conversion charges, or other payment-processing fees deducted from their payment.
4. Prohibited Promotion MethodsÂ
Affiliates may not:
- Post or share affiliate links within any Company-owned communities, courses, memberships, or Facebook groups, or knowingly solicit individuals who are already active customers or leads of the Company.
- Use paid advertising (such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, or retargeting) that uses the Company’s name, brand, or trademarks.
- Engage in spam, deceptive marketing, or misleading claims.
- Offer bonuses, discounts, or incentives not pre-approved by the Company.
- Use an affiliate link without clearly letting their audience know they may earn a commission if a purchase is made through that link.
The Affiliate Program is designed to reward outreach to new audiences outside of the Company’s existing customer base.
Affiliates are responsible for complying with all applicable advertising, endorsement, privacy, email marketing, and platform requirements.
5. Self-Referrals & Personal Purchases
Self-referrals are strictly prohibited. Affiliates may not use their own affiliate links to receive a discount or commission on their own purchases, including those made under their own name, business name, or household members.
The purpose of this Affiliate Program is to reward affiliates for referring new customers and helping expand awareness of the Company’s programs, not to obtain personal discounts.
Any commissions generated from self-referrals will be voided.
6. Relationship of the Parties
Affiliates are independent contractors, not employees, partners, or representatives of the Company. Affiliates are responsible for their own taxes, including federal, state, and local income taxes and any other obligations arising from commissions earned.
7. Marketing Materials
The Company may provide official logos, images, copy, and other materials (“Marketing Materials”) for Affiliates to use. Affiliates may only use Marketing Materials provided or approved by the Company and must not alter or misrepresent them in any way. Upon termination, the Affiliate must cease using all Marketing Materials immediately.
8. Termination
The Company reserves the right to terminate any Affiliate’s participation at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to:
- Breach of these Terms
- Conduct that damages the Company’s reputation
- Misleading or unethical marketing practices
All commissions earned in accordance with these Terms before termination will be paid on the next scheduled payout date.
Affiliates may terminate participation at any time by written notice to the Company.
9. Confidentiality
Affiliates may receive confidential or proprietary information while participating in the Affiliate Program. The Affiliate agrees not to disclose, reproduce, or use such information for any purpose outside of this Program.
Â
10. Limitation of Liability
The Company makes no guarantees regarding the amount of commissions the Affiliate may earn. Participation is at the Affiliate’s own risk.
In no event shall the Company be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the Affiliate Program.
Â
11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Alabama, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Anniston, AL, and each party waives the right to participate in a class action.
Â
12. Modifications to the Terms
The Company may update or modify these Terms, eligible offers, commission rates, referral conversion windows, payment procedures, or other Affiliate Program requirements from time to time.
Updated Terms will be posted in the Affiliate Portal or communicated to Affiliates by email. Unless otherwise stated, changes will apply prospectively from the effective date of the updated Terms.
Continued participation in the Affiliate Program after notice of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.Â
